Scope: Full Envelope including Curtain Walling, Stone Rainscreen Cladding, Parapet, Soffits, Plant Room, Column Casings, Revolving Door & Pass Doors.

Following the success of Thorpe Park Plot 3175, CASU were appointed by GMI to deliver the innovative full envelope façade on this high 3 storey commercial development on behalf of Developer, Scarborough Group.

Thorpe Park is a £150M regional hub development including for a high end retail park, housing, and several mixed use and commercial developments.

CASU were delighted to work in partnership with GMI to deliver this building and look forward to working on the development in the future.
