Sustainability

As a business, CASU are committed to operating a sustainable business. We recognise that CASU have a duty of care to our employees, supply chain and the wider Construction industry to ensure we deliver best practice through every facet of our business.

We aim to deliver innovative and responsible approaches to design and product selection, without compromising on quality or safety. Ultimately, we want our products to stand the test of time, and this can only happen if we ensure sustainability in every sense of the word.

We have identified these key areas:

EXPECTATIONS

CASU focus on Architect, Client and End User expectations. We aim to understand what is expected from our design and delivery, in terms of cost, quality and sustainability at every level of the Construction hierarchy.

OPERATIONAL QUALITY

We are committed to integrating sustainable performance in our day to day business operations through maximising resource and staff efficiency and ensuring robust and detailed financial management.

PRODUCTS & REGULATIONS

CASU will continuously strive to be at the forefront of innovation – working closely with our supply chain to take specialist advice, ensuring that our solutions are future proof, sustainable, responsible and of superior quality.

WASTE & ENVIRONMENT

Every facet of our supply chain should be held as accountable as CASU for delivering low environmental impact solutions where feasible. Through our environmental and waste policies, we communicate the importance of reducing our foot print. We aim to design in a way the facilitates the use of sustainable products.

COMMUNICATION & ACCOUNTABILITY

CASU will place our ethos at the forefront of everything we do. We recognise leadership is delivered from the top and we aim to be open and transparent in all relationships. We are committed to delivering a solution founded on respect and will be open, honest and communicative about both our successes and failures.
