Scope: Full Envelope, Curtain Walling, Rainscreen Cladding, Soffit, Balconies, Revolving Door, Copings, SFS.

This landmark development in Milton Keynes was designed in collaboration with GTB and the Architect, to provide a full envelope solution that moved away from ‘punched’ windows into Rainscreen. Instead, CASU supplied a full Curtain Wall grid, in Aluprof MB60 Capped Profiles, to the full façade of the building, then ‘hung’ the Rainscreen Panels from the grid. This ensured a consistent weather line around the building.

There are over 5,000m2 of Glazing and 2,500m2 Panels, with the panels themselves designed to mimic stone, with a bespoke PPC finish, that provides both texture and a stippled effect.

An incredible tight site saw CASU working with a unique cradles access system, design alongside GTB.
