Scope: Windows, Curtain Walling, Doors, Timber Veils.

Another large format Student Accommodation Block in Coventry, this £52M, 922 bed build consists of 3nr 12 – 14 floor tower blocks and a series of lower level townhouses.

Delivered in 2 parts, the scheme saw CASU delivering 3,500m2 of Technal Windows and circa 1,00m2 of Technal Curtain Walling. The opening vents were required to be substantially under the minimum width threshold, so bespoke engineering and testing were included in the design.

CASU also provided 900nr Scandinavian larch timber veils to the front of the opening vents.
