CASU’s landmark scheme in Manchester, Middlewood Locks Phase 2 has officially started on site. 7,000m2 of Windows & Curtain Walling, 3,000m2 of Cladding and 18 months still remain and we are looking forward to seeing the project take shape.
Delivering in Partnership with BCEGI, this development is Phase 2 for a large residential scheme for clients Scarborough Developments.

CASU’s design, procurement and manufacture process has been exceptional, our supply chain including fabricators and glass suppliers have hit the ground running and we have an excellent working relationship with BCEGI. We have to focus on programme and maintain a good pace on site however I am confident that the team can deliver a quality scheme for our client.
