CASU have successfully finished our development in Manchester, Dakota Hotel, working in partnership with GMI Construction.
This challenging scheme looks fantastic and the hotel has already hosted several high profile celebrities since it’s opening at the start of June.

This project was not without its challenges – plant, access and logistics have all required a huge amount of attention to detail and patience, however GMI and our supply chain all rose to the occasion to ensure we got the scheme finished to a high standard. Overall I am delighted with the finished product and I think the building speaks for itself.
