Current MD and owner Chris Holden has announced he is to step back from the day to day management of the business and assume a new role as Chairman.
16 years after founding the business, Chris will now take on a more strategic role, guiding the business through the current record growth it is experiencing:
“This business is in the best shape it has ever been. We are entering the final quarter of our fiscal year and forecasting a record result. This is down to the quality of the team and service here at CASU and I am immensely proud of the hard work, loyalty and dedication shown by our people. This business has been and will continue to be a huge part of my life and I take a great deal of personal satisfaction in being able to see both the development of some of the younger members of our team alongside career progression for some of our current Senior Management.”
Taking over as Managing Director, with day to day responsibility for running the business and driving continuous improvement alongside sustainable growth is former Business Development Manager, Daniel Holden:
“I am delighted to be taking on this new role, it is both a huge honour and a privilege to be given the opportunity to build on the incredible foundation and legacy that Chris has created in CASU. I am looking forward to the challenges that face us over the coming years, as we look to take advantage of our very strong forward order book and pipeline by bolstering our team with new recruits, rolling our new management software and making our presence felt in new markets such as Unitised Curtain Walling and Full Envelope Solutions.”
