This stunning looking, brutalist precast concrete building has been a focus of CASU’s for the last 8 months. The build incorporates complex Curtain Walling screens that were designed to be installed off-site into precast concrete sandwich panels utilising complex brackets to avoid transportation and lifting issues.
The glazing incorporates a grey tint to reduce light, which aesthetically works brilliantly with the concrete.
CASU are focusing on completing the remaining Cladding elements and QA, with a view to handing over the finished product early in the New Year.
